I had a huge amount of fun with this porject from start to finish (makes a huge change when you're not having to constantly chop and change part because you fouled up during the armature stage, or had an anatomy fart). Loads of fun sculpting this piece and it marks a high rather than a low point to finish all commission and company sculpture work.
The world is a playground and life should be for enjoying, but sometimes it's all too easy to forget that and we lose track of what's really important.

So where did all the sculpts go? Great question! Turns out the "Opt-Out" on DA doesn't do a damn thing when it comes to individuals scrapping your work, it just prevents third party use (apparently...). Doesn't help that I found a ton of my stuff (which I always thought as being too photographically clunky to be of interest) has found it's way into the Data scrape-bucket of a database. I'm sure it would have been quicker just to delete my gallery, but really, what's the point? I don't know what the future holds, I don't know how this digusting AI mess will end (but I'm hopeful for severe consequences and legislation). Above all else deleting doesn't send a message, this does, even a small one, but I do recall a saying about all Evil needing to triump was for people to do nothing, so.... If I upload anywhere from now on it probably won't be here (but who can say, the future is fickle beast), it will however be shaded and glazed, because I'll be damned if I'm going to make life easy

But whose counting anyway, it doesn't matter (srsly, please don't count, it's probably been way....longer). Anyways, hope everyone is safe, I finally went self-employed, much happier, doing the things I enjoy again, cracked hip, no longer cracked, dislocated shoulder finally healed and my long head of tricep is working again. I've got tons of lifting to get my body back to it's previous form, but as always got a "little" carried away doing legs and spent the next week walking around like I was wearing the world's most unstable, invisible high heels. My family were very sympathetic and laughed, and laughed and laughed.... (ಠ_ಠ) I'll be trying to have a go at some 3D work, I've had Z-brush a few years but haven't used it beyond a bit of sculpt tweaking for computer game mods, like custom armours in skyrim....weird I never thought to upload any here, but probably because 98% of them are fan service for views (Oh God I feel so dirty.....). Not had my jabs yet, but I'm on the waiting
Er, hi! I'm back and life got interesting fast!
Over a year, didn't realize it had been so long.
Well, before getting on to the apologies, I thought I'd give you a quick break down of what's been happening and why I've been little more than a Ghost.
- I left my job, it was destroying me inside and I hated it.
- Puppies all doing well.
- Went to new scientist expo in London, it was awesome.
- Bitten THREE more times by false widow spiders!
- Epic 2 week holiday in Japan.
- Still no spider powers, only concussion from running into walls. :C
- Still single (but no shortage of crazy people with husbands, they "forget" to tell you about).
- Still looking at moving off the island, but NOW I'm
Damn it's dusty in here....
So, puppies.....
Honestly, if you don't watch them, they grow.
And grow....
And grow....
All in new and very loving homes, I got to see the little boy above last weekend, he remembered me (be warned, I go into baby talk mode).
So with puppies all successfully reared, homed and all the frustration dealt with at work, I finally feel like a Yeti post chest wax.
Sore, but like my skin can breath again.
